Cistern - 3900l - Cost

Hello dear forum community,
I have been reading here passively for some time and today I would like to ask you a question.

We are building a single-family house in Berlin, and it is now planned to install a cistern for garden irrigation (plot 480 sqm).
We have received the following offer from our house construction company:

Cistern 3900l made of plastic
with submersible pump, earthworks, pipes
connection and electrical connection

The total price is said to be: €3800 incl. VAT.

Is this a realistic price, or somewhat high?
I would be very happy to receive answers!

Before considering a cistern, one should inform oneself about a usually cheaper alternative: well drilling :-) Best regards

Is that a realistic price, or is it a bit high?

For plastic, the price will be about right; have you ever considered a concrete cistern? No disadvantage but about €500.00 cheaper.
