Chimney - a must from floor height?

Hello. Does anyone know if a LAS chimney must necessarily be built from the top edge of the floor? Or could it also be built at a height of, for example, 130 cm? Background to the question: We want to have a fireplace installed of the type, for example, Camina S17. However, our chimney rests about 35 cm on the wall. If we place the fireplace in front of it, it protrudes far into the room. If the chimney could be built so that the fireplace can be pushed against the wall with a pipe connection upwards - then we would save the 35 cm. I hope you understand what I mean. I can't imagine that... You might possibly need a separate pad foundation for the chimney. What does the manufacturer of the chimney say?

That is why there are now some stove builders who integrate the stove directly into the chimney. Just google Plewa unitherm

we have a wall-mounted gas boiler, Buderus GB-172.

The LAS goes upwards, bends 90 degrees for about 80 cm and then 90 degrees upwards again. That means the LAS is not resting on the floor. A fireproof casing in the form of a shaft is only located on the upper floor and disappears behind the casing/partition wall for the sanitary installations.

@ Wastl : Good idea.. however, the look doesn't appeal to me and I have to use a chimney from Symo DS-FB. @ T21150 : Good idea... do these plastic pipes also supply the chimney with fresh air?
