Dear home builders,
I keep receiving different statements regarding the topic of Baukindergeld and the deadlines to be met.
According to statements from two home building companies so far (who refer to their regular financier), the move-in to the new building must have taken place by 31.12.2020. However, I myself read from the conditions of the KfW that only the building permit must have been granted by then:
Are there any experiences regarding this?
In principle, I am willing to implement the project quickly as well. But if I am going to put pressure on myself, then for the right reasons. :-D

[...] New buildings are eligible for funding if the building permit was granted between 01.01.2018 and 31.12.2020. [....] If you signed your purchase contract between 01.01.2018 and 31.12.2020, were granted a building permit in the mentioned period, or if you were allowed to start execution of the project by 31.12.2020 at the latest according to the respective state building law for projects that require only notification, you can submit an application for Baukindergeld by 31.12.2023 at the latest.
