After making some calls today, the "biggest" problem from my point of view came up. The wastewater is collected in a collection pit because the property is not connected to the sewer and will not be connected anytime soon. The association suggested whether it might be possible to agree on a right of way for a pipeline to the sewer with the neighbor, but that is very much up in the air. Against this background, we are currently very uncertain whether it makes sense to buy here.
