Thank you, yes, we have thought about that. That would fit well, a nice south orientation on the side away from the street, currently no trees, that would fit well, but above all it is located in a quiet area.

Oh yes, that’s true, we have already realized that and will do so, §34 applies and the neighbor built exactly as we want to do.

After making some calls today, the "biggest" problem from my point of view came up. The wastewater is collected in a collection pit because the property is not connected to the sewer and will not be connected anytime soon. The association suggested whether it might be possible to agree on a right of way for a pipeline to the sewer with the neighbor, but that is very much up in the air. Against this background, we are currently very uncertain whether it makes sense to buy here.

Maybe someone can say something about this point.
