Where exactly is the washing machine supposed to be? The technical room is completely full or even overcrowded, because the door doesn’t open anymore. Something is wrong with the dressing room. Are the wardrobes 60 deep or 90? In any case, it looks terribly cramped and there is no natural light at all.

Upstairs you are blocking the chocolate side of the house with the dark dressing room and this tiny room. What a pity.

The bathroom upstairs is huge compared to the other rooms. If a second child comes, they will fight over the big room. If it were mine and I had to have this hallway, the bathroom would be 9 m² and the rooms would switch sides (see sketch).

I would find the chimney too ugly next to my terrace. The fireplace wouldn’t be worth it for me.

I have not yet seen a house connection / technical room into which only one pipe would go in the media. Only those where at least one of the downpipes also passes through. In this respect, the effort not to get bogged down with the number of drains can also be met there.
