Channel depth plan for disposal pipelines (sewer plan) wastewater and rainwater

Guys, I am trying on my own to get documents for the planning phase of a city villa, and I don't know where to get them in Berlin:

Kanaltiefenplan of the disposal pipes (Sielplan) for wastewater and rainwater:
Please obtain a Kanaltiefenplan or a disposal plan for the planning of the house connections, which shows the existing pipes and shafts on the property or the adjacent street with exact elevation data (cover heights/bottom heights).

Searching the forum for Kanaltiefenplan or Sielplan leads to no result. Does anyone know which forms need to be filled out?

But it could also be that a clever surveyor has already taken this into account when creating the site plan for your property.

Obtain line information from the water utility. Officially chargeable via the infrest portal, unofficially leitungsauskunft@ ... (website of the water utility) also worked.

You can get it in Berlin at Infrest. You have to create an account but I think BWB was still free. Some line inquiries do cost though.

oops julimos was faster. Really bwb was chargeable? I don't remember that anymore.

No, Bwb is free, but not an "official" way. Actually, you are supposed to use Infrest, and that is chargeable. I simply sent the address and parcel number to the email and received the information two weeks later.
