So, we now have the following idea. If we install an aluminum angle sheet at the end of the garage roof, where the water from the garage roof collects and then flows to the side end of the garage roof, where a drainage pipe is installed that leads into the ground to a soakaway pit ....

Furthermore, the downpipe from the house roof along the garage must also be directed to the soakaway hole, since the drainpipe for the rainwater from the roof was damaged when setting up our pool last year and now an alternative must be found.

I have tried as a layman to represent the work somewhat graphically .... if it can help somewhat. So we need to direct the water from the garage roof because of the pergola and the rainwater from the house roof also into the soakaway pit by laying a downpipe.
