Many thanks for the answers and to you, 11ant, for your summary! That actually helps me a lot with my decision-making!

Well... all parties had all the plans and reports and all could have recognized this problem early on and not just one week before the base slab was supposed to be poured. But first and foremost, I have to take a good look at myself. Although I am not capable as a layperson to understand every detail of the reports, this obvious discrepancy in the thickness of the exterior walls should have caught my attention. I will gladly post the further plans. However, the bathroom on the upper floor will not be executed as shown in the floor plan. The positioning of SW 2, which changes accordingly, has already been discussed.

What exactly does building with Poll mean?

The question is above all what is fastest or, in the sum of all costs (material, delay, new calculations), the most economical?

And about the vacation... anyone who only goes on vacation when the projects allow it will never end up taking a vacation. That’s why, as an architect, you also schedule your vacation at the beginning of the year, and that’s that, even if a project then lies idle for a few weeks. He can also get sick for a longer time; this risk is always present.

Yes, that's how it looks. That would probably be the solution from 11ant with the better insulation overall. I will discuss this with the construction company tomorrow. I am a bit irritated that this solution has not been implemented so far by either the construction company or the architects.

Whatever SW 2 may be, I certainly meant a section (and possibly even elevations).

An architect who, when designing a house with a 36.5 cm thick exterior wall, thinks: "Oh, if it is to be implemented with ETICS to a total thickness of 36.0 cm, I’ll just draw a dividing line in the exterior wall and presto, it’s done," doesn’t really surprise me all that much.

Funny....I didn't even remember that I had asked that! No, we are building with another regional construction company. Attached are all the plans. Regarding the exterior facade: it will be executed as a uniform plaster facade without the planned wooden elements.
