Yes, new building, but why necessarily under the floor slab? What speaks against staying above ground? Apart from the costs, I don’t have much heat loss over the long distance?
Run the pipes through the bathroom's stud wall, which is drawn continuously anyway, and not through the floor.
The drainpipe is in the way here. With a 100 mm diameter, there is little space available. It could be squeezed through without insulation, but that sounds a bit sloppy to me. However, I am not a plumber. Or would it be better to come in from the side behind the drainpipe through the wall in the garage driveway?
