Central ventilation system by Helios

The central controlled residential ventilation Helios EC 370 W is specified in the offer from our GU. So far, I have found too little about the Helios systems here in the forum to form an opinion. Does anyone have a central controlled residential ventilation from Helios in use or experience? I would choose the system with an enthalpy heat exchanger, which would then be the controlled residential ventilation EC 370 W ET. Based on the floor plans, I have calculated an internal volume of about 440 m³. If I am not mistaken, the system should be suitable in terms of performance. The datasheet specifies flow rates in 3 stages: 350 / 200 / 140 Vm3/h

We have a 500 with heat and enthalpy exchanger, for about 470 m3. But it is not yet in operation. The 370 is, I believe, from the previous generation, with fewer control options. An alternative would have been from Paul, seemed somehow a bit more high-quality, but also more expensive.

How many m³ do you have, or how many m² does your house have?

As just written, 470 m3
With 160 living space.

We also have a living area of 160m². The 370 might be a bit tight there.

The 300 model would have worked for us mathematically as well, it strongly depends on the pressure losses. However, the 500 model has more potential, lower power consumption, and is quieter. For the reasons mentioned above, I would not have chosen the 370 model.
