Hi.
Do you have the Zehnder q450 with a similar sqm number.
Very satisfied ... but I would order the enthalpy exchanger from the start.
Pipes diameter 75 in concrete ceiling ... works
No noise on lowest level - minimal, only in one room at standard

We are also getting a Zehnder Q450 with enthalpy. Total cost just under €14,000.

It will probably be a Zehnder here as well, they are supposed to be really good.

I have a question.

We are building an additional apartment for mother-in-law with 70 sqm.

So we have 140 sqm plus 70 all on one level.

Could that work with one system? Or do you need two?

We have 220 sqm of living space plus a basement. So it should work for you. A small problem could only be the regulation. If the output is turned up at your place (showers, guests, etc.), it also goes up at the main unit – and vice versa...

We are getting a Vallox ValloPlus 350 MV-E for under €10,000. We were also choosing between Zehnder Q350 TR E and Vallox. However, we decided on Vallox because of the size, as the Zehnder would no longer have fit in the utility room.
