Hello everyone,
how are ceiling spotlights or similar installed in a wooden beam (between) ceiling that has been insulated with blown-in insulation and is not suspended? It must be prevented that the insulation falls through the hole of the ceiling spots. Am I correct in assuming that the beams are covered with OSB on the top and bottom and that the blown-in insulation is then placed between the beams? I am not referring to the top floor ceiling, but the ceiling between the ground floor and the upper floor. And the blown-in insulation is only supposed to provide soundproofing. Thank you very much
