Hello everyone,

in my new building, several ceiling outlets for lamps do not have a yellow/green wire but four wires with blue, brown, black, and gray. (See attachment)

The question that arises for me is whether this is then professionally executed?

Can someone help me with that?

Regards

Sure. The electrician who installed the cables. Otherwise, they have to be tested. My crystal ball is on strike, sorry.

Thank you for the helpful answer. My question is whether a yellow-green protective conductor is not mandatory. The electrician will say it is fine like that. But that does not have to be true.

That is prohibited, at least in household installations...

Without PE according to DIN/VDE also forbidden. But errors can happen (colorblind electrician?).
