Ceiling heating with cooling function

Thank you. I just wonder what the purpose of the ceiling heating is. So why is a new building equipped with it despite these disadvantages?

That is a good question. Likewise, one can ask why a new building is equipped with solar thermal systems, for example, or why individual room control is mandatory.

Neither has any real advantages in a new building.

However, if the primary task is cooling in summer, etc., then chilled ceilings are a very good and economical solution. It depends on the technically defined task and perspective.

Since it would be an attic apartment, I could well imagine the reason for the cooling.
