So you want fly screens that cats seriously respect as a no-entry sign? - *ROTFL*, keep dreaming!

I know something like that from Australia where the grid is made of metal or similar. I don't know if that is offered like that in Germany.

Petscreen is a fabric that also withstands claws. Unfortunately, it is not available as a pleated blind or roller blind

I would simply inquire at a specialist company, they know their stuff. We had a two-part swinging door installed. At the top, normal fabric, at the bottom thick, "katzenfestes" (and kinderfestes) fabric.

PS: I just realized that this is written ambiguously. The door is of course single-piece. Only the fabric is two-part.

Then maybe it's not that interesting after all ;)

You can see how different cats are.

My neighbors have a normal but good sliding panel as a fly screen despite having a cat.

The neighbor’s cat doesn’t go near it…

… maybe because she doesn’t want to go outside?! So the neighbor’s cat ;)

I’ll spare myself the questions about whether they are allowed outside, have enough scratching posts to let off steam, etc.
But if it is an outdoor cat or multiple cats, you would probably have to set rules for going out and coming in when they are allowed outside (without protection). If that’s not possible, use another door/window for ventilation.
There are just things that don’t go together… we have managed well for 25 years in owner-occupied homes without insect screens on the ground floor.
My parents can’t do without them because they have such a unit.
