Hello, I would like to order the UAE sockets for my CAT 7 cabling from Berker. These are available as 6A or 6E. Is the extra cost worth it in this case for the 6E socket?
Thank you very much!

What are they supposed to differ in?

Somewhat awkwardly phrased on my part, but this question is also hidden behind the 'is the extra cost worth it'

Thank you, the price difference is about 5 euros per socket. If the CAT 6E socket has advantages, maybe only in the future, I would install it.

Category 6 and Class E mean the same. I did find offers from various socket specialists labeled 6A and 6E - however, the differences in the descriptions were at least well hidden. You can't get beyond Category 6+ with Western plugs anyway, so I wouldn't make a fuss about it. Most people don't hold gamer conventions or data centers at home anyway.
