Cat 6 is specified at 250 MHz, 6a at 500 MHz. "e" is not a fixed specification but stands for "enhanced" and the like. Thus, manufacturers do describe various features, which mostly go beyond 6a. Well, in practice, for the home user, it's probably rather irrelevant, especially since the higher bandwidths – according to specifications – fail at the connector.
