Carport with integrated workshop room

Hello,

we are currently planning the house and were thinking of building a combination of a carport with a workshop room attached to the house.

It is not a classic carport but rather a hipped roof sloping away from the house wall.

The area of the roof is 6x7m. Under this roof is now a solidly built room as a workshop.

Now the price from the company: 26,000€

The company said that the roof is the expensive part.

Do you have any suggestions on how to reduce the price?

How can the roof be built cheaper?

It is important that it is a double garage, with a 10sqm workshop room attached at the back, and a hipped roof.

Do you have a picture or a drawing to better understand it? How about a shed roof made of sheet metal with a corrugated or trapezoidal shape?

Then 6x7m and below should be two cars and a workshop room?

So I made a mistake with the double garage. I meant double carport.

I think the dimensions for parking 2 cars would be 6x5, then I have another 6x2m for a small workshop room.

I definitely want tiles.

For me, the only question is whether there is a cheaper alternative.

Such a roof almost floating freely. Supported by the workshop room at the back (masonry) and the house wall and a pillar at the front left.

So 5m length just for the cars? Normally it's 6m. If there are now not only 2 small cars, that's not exactly generous.

My question is not mainly about the dimensions but about the construction
