Carpet on underfloor heating?

We are currently considering installing carpet instead of parquet on the upper floor of our planned house. However, carpets are generally discouraged in combination with underfloor heating due to the poor thermal conductivity of carpet. Does anyone have experience with this and can offer advice?

When purchasing the carpet, you must ensure that it is suitable for underfloor heating; nothing else needs to be considered.

If necessary, you should also inform your planner about this - roughly, carpet is similar to parquet in terms of thermal conductivity coefficient:

Carpets: 0.07 - 0.17 m²K/W
Needle fleece: 0.12 m²K/W

Multi-layer parquet: 0.03 - 0.15 m²K/W
Strip parquet (oak): 0.08 m²K/W

If you hadn't planned very thin parquet before and now have the 2 kg /m² rubberized stick carpet, it really shouldn't make much difference.
