Time already looks pretty good for me. I only have a 35-hour week (finishing at 2:30 PM daily) + 6 weeks of vacation + plenty of overtime... But I still have to try to find out how much time I need to plan. And since I take my time with the preparation, I can also order a lot more from the still cheaper internet.

so I just got back from financial advisor No.1, who gave us the "green light" in the first step. Above all, he really liked the concept with the [Einliegerwohnung]... Just for those who are interested.
Next step is a second financial advisor & already a rough cost calculation from the prefab house company. Meanwhile, I will gather some information regarding [Grundstücke].
But until then, I will continue to calculate different scenarios of our income situation and would then like to share them here. Maybe one or the other still has an idea of something we haven't thought of.
