Only, all of this has nothing to do with a heating load, as this is calculated according to DIN/TS 12831. Therefore, it is also not part of the thermal insulation verification or energy certificate. (The current standard here is DIN 18599) The sum of the room heating load (TGA) can thus be up to 30% over the building heating load according to an energy consultation, as it concerns completely different objectives.
