Buzzing dimmable LED spots at less than full power?

I am considering installing dimmable LED spots. My concern is that the spots might buzz when they are not turned up to full brightness. Please excuse me if the question does not make sense electrically, I am a complete electrical layperson :) Thank you!

Phew, setup... I’m not that far yet. For me, the fundamental question is whether I should install a suspended ceiling, for example in the bedroom, with LED spots. But only if they are dimmable. I’ve heard that it’s basically possible. However, it would be terribly annoying if the things or related parts emit audible buzzing noises. I can’t say anything about the electrical setup. I’m too uninformed about that.

Then I don't see any problems "these days". It is important that the light bulb and dimmer are compatible. There are different dimmers - leading edge or trailing edge. It is best to get information and inquiries at a specialized retailer (there are also good shops on the internet).
