Finally: What is the most sensible thing to do with the [Bausparvertrag] of [Signal]? Increase the savings so that it becomes ready for allocation sooner? It is to be saved up to just under 40K so that we can take the rest of the 100K as a loan (at 2.2%). Additionally, it is interest-bearing at 1% (from the first euro).
