Buying a Prefabricated House (2006) - What to Consider?

we are considering buying a house from 2006. The location is good, condition and price are great.
110 sqm living space, 280 sqm plot, €210,000
Energy efficiency class according to the energy consumption certificate: B

Since the construction method is somewhat "unusual," the question is whether anyone can say something about it, as we have not seen anything like this before:

- Steel frame / T-beams
- Interior walls made of drywall, all movable
- Bathrooms have white ceilings, otherwise the ceilings are made of visible OSB boards
- Steel beams visible inside
- Open roof ridge
- Granite floors downstairs, parquet upstairs
- Brick wall in the living area
- Cellulose insulation
- Eternit facade
- Esbjerg roof tiles
- Gas boiler

Is there anything to consider regarding maintenance / lifespan?

Ok, typical Dk. That is of course basic commercial construction. But it’s fine, it holds up, very well even, and if you can live with the look, then go ahead. Where do you have doubts?

What does "Dk" mean? I only have doubts about the plot (slope location with forest behind the boundary, which steals light), the house looks great - if you like the style (we do). Since I wasn’t familiar with this type of construction, I just wanted an assessment of whether the price is justified :)
