Good evening
I am looking for an online shop where I can buy good and affordable laminate online? Does anyone here know a good one?
Thanks for the info.

Hello,

The thing is that such a floor ultimately looks different than a picture on the internet. The images often differ.

You should at least have seen the floor, or at least a sample of the floor you choose, in person. Then you are really playing it safe. From what I have seen online, I have to say that there are cheap offers, especially for branded products. These are not cheap because they are produced cheaply, but because there is little intermediate trade where every dealer wants to make a profit and because the goods do not have to be stocked. Cheap products in the hardware store are mostly no-name labels. You never really know how good they are. Keywords: "top layer detachment", "swelling of the MDF carrier board in laminate", or "joint formation"...

Hello Simon,

Did you find what you were looking for online or at the hardware store? Online shopping is certainly not bad, but I like to see the goods I want to buy in person. However, it would be great if you could tell us where you ended up finding what you needed.

Hello,

I wanted to ask this question and see that it already exists. I am also looking for laminate flooring. At first, I looked in online shops and was surprised by the low price. I called the online shop there and they said that the distribution has shorter routes. The laminate comes directly from the manufacturer to us. Thus, storage costs and intermediaries are eliminated.

However, I decided on a specialist retailer because I want to see and touch the laminate in person. So I am on the right track, even if it costs a bit more?

What is your opinion on this?

Hi,

I agree, in specialist stores I also need to see it. Not just see, but also touch. On the internet, there are good pictures, but what is actually delivered is uncertain. If you don't like it, then the hassle with the return shipping begins.
