Hello,
I started working last week at a large "building services company."
I am currently in the process of tidying up and organizing the warehouse.
There are materials in the warehouse that are no longer in the product range.
I can purchase these cheaply, and articles that I additionally need can also be purchased cheaply.
Since I don't know how long I will be with this company, the question arises;
Does it make sense to buy these now?
I would take a material list from one of our average houses and order according to this.
I was thinking of;
control cabinet, cables, Berker switching materials, sockets, outdoor spotlights, outdoor sockets, doorbell system, cable ducts...
I am buying land this year. Construction start is only Q1 2022.
The house will not be built by a construction company. Construction management is done by my uncle, with a few friendly craftsmen, you know, village.
