Good evening,
I have an idea in my head, so I wanted to ask you how you see it.
About me, I am 25, my girlfriend is 21. I still live with my parents and we pay a normal rent, she also with her family. Now, through a conversation with my father, I got the idea to buy a condominium, pay it off with my parents as quickly as possible. The condo costs €120,000, has 5 rooms (a total of 105m²), a large kitchen, and a piece of garden. The apartment is located near the city center and the area is very popular (Frankfurt/Main). Our combined income (4 people) is €6,500 net monthly (my girlfriend is unfortunately still in training). I would have €15,000 in equity, my father €15,000. If necessary, I could go for a smaller vehicle and sell my current BMW 5 (worth about €19,000). Later, we would want to build a house together. Would it then make sense to sell or rent out this large apartment?
What would be the ideal way to finance the condo as quickly as possible?
Best regards Daniel
