Hello,
I plan to build a holiday bungalow in a recreational area. The exterior walls should have a sandstone look both on the outside and inside (like the walls in the following picture):

Since only houses with a maximum floor area of 60m² are allowed in the recreational area, I am now facing the question of how to achieve this goal in the most cost-effective way and, above all, with the thinnest possible walls in order not to lose too much living space.
Building with solid sandstone is probably the most expensive option, the most difficult from a craftsmanship point of view, and the walls would be very thick. Alternatively, I have therefore considered building with Poroton, aerated concrete, or sand-lime bricks and then using sandstone cladding.
Question: Which approach would, in your opinion/experience, best meet my wishes (thin walls, cost-effective)? Which masonry material would you recommend? And how is the insulation and attaching the cladding with Poroton, aerated concrete, and sand-lime bricks?
The bungalow is usually not used in winter, but in summer it should not get too warm inside. So a "mega insulation" is necessary.
Thank you very much for your tips and suggestions!
