Built-in kitchen with financing possible?

And your bank doesn’t add an extra €30k on top - essentially as equity substitute, like most do who also finance kitchen, car, or similar. So already stretched to the limit?
That’s bad...

Our bank (Volksbank) naturally included the kitchen in the financing. It doesn't help you, but it shows that it really depends on the bank.

Because the kitchen is co-financed, the loan-to-value ratio may change, since the house is no longer worth as much, which is why this may not be advisable even if the bank cooperates.

How on earth do you come to the conclusion that something here is maxed out up to the bottom edge of the upper lip??? Which bank still adds something on top for free disposal? We'll take those then!

I was told that almost all banks require proof/documents to release funds. Some are apparently very picky about that. So which bank do you mean?
