Hello,

it is directly adjacent to the place. It is also the remaining part that my family sold to the municipality years ago, which then built a holiday village on it.

Best regards Christian

Then your idea is at least not hopeless, but the authorities on site have to decide.

If the holiday village goes well, your area could possibly also be offered as an extension and in exchange, you could settle with the municipality elsewhere with a building plot of equivalent value.

Your area might also already be classified as land expected for development, for which you should obtain the following documents:

1. Land use plan (F-Plan), available from the municipality and/or district government
2. adjacent development plans (development plan), available from the municipality
3. standard land value map (municipality/appraisal committee)

F-plans, development plans as well as the standard land value map may also be freely available online, so just browse the relevant pages of your administrations or call them.

Best regards
