Be careful that the construction crew compacts/impacts the property as little as possible. I can't think of anything else at the moment. Let them build first; depending on the size of the property, there won't be a spot not taken up by the construction site. So everything you do today would be for nothing.

There is no problem, and no fear either

The plot is about 900 sqm and fairly flat. Since it is currently completely free, the idea was to take some preparatory measures in advance.

900 sqm is not exactly a lot. Too little for wheat. Marijuana would yield well. Gourmet potatoes like Linda would also work. Karsten
