Hello,
in a 3-family house, built in 2013, the attic was converted differently than in the building permit (the upper floor and attic are each 2 maisonette apartments).
The building permit planned a gallery, which I would consider permissible as an "installation within the room".
However, in execution, the attic was fully constructed as a separate floor (including 2 rooms + bathroom). It is a hipped roof with a 23° pitch. At the double casement windows in the attic, no rescue platforms are present.

Can someone here confirm or deny my opinion (not permissible)?
