As far as I know - layman's knowledge - there is a superior authority - usually the district office - that can stop the construction again. Call your district office and ask (preferably after the meeting - don’t wake sleeping dogs,...)According to the development plan, absolutely not permissible. Neither height, nor built-up area, nor residential units. However, we were told that the municipality can approve a deviation (and probably does) and has done so several times before. Are we out of luck then? Or can neighbors also file an objection?
