Below is the inner area with residential buildings, above is residential inner area. Behind is the forest.
No chance of building land, although in the 3000-inhabitant community there is only 1 building plot. At least 5 houses could be built on my property, the development would be completely through my property.
The municipality does not want it.
Why anyone here would give the thread opener hope for a building permit I do not understand.
As you yourself say: in your case it is the municipality that does not want it. Otherwise there would be the option of the rounding statute.
But that is another matter in the sense of this thread.
