Building dryer dehumidifier to what extent?

Hello,
the screed has been in place for 8 days and I am now starting with the dehumidification.
Current humidity 95%

My question.

Is a professional dehumidifier 30 L for 24 hours and a small one for a bungalow 160 m2 as well as a small dehumidifier for a granny flat 70 m2 sufficient?

Additionally, shock ventilation is done 3 times daily...
Or should I rather get another professional device?
I can get it from acquaintances for 3 euros per day.

We had 4 Trotec 166 units in use (160 sqm, 2 stories) for three weeks. That worked quite well. The price was 5 € per device per day. The devices managed 52 l in 24h under ideal conditions. It is important to have devices to which you can connect a hose for water drainage, otherwise you have to go to the construction site several times a day and empty the water container. Is the heating already running?

Currently I have a 9 kW fan heater to achieve a base temperature. I have about 15-17 degrees in the house.

That works well but costs 50 euros (170 kWh) in 24 hours :-(

I need this temperature because otherwise the additives in the fast screed do not bond.
