Hey,
with a 7 percent slope you lay WPC most cleanly on height-adjustable supports. The substructure receives its own slope of about 2 percent away from the house. For drainage, you don’t need a drainage mat under WPC if the decking ventilation is free and the water can drain onto the concrete slab. It gets critical at the edge. Plan a linear gutter with a slope at the outer edge and lead it into a soakaway or approved discharge. Alternatively, a gravel strip with a permeable substructure and DN 100 drain pipe in fleece. At least 2 to 3 centimeters of air space to the house and no soil contact. Observe the door connection height.
Good luck!
