Hello everyone,
I am currently working on a first calculation for our planned single-family house with standard equipment (175 sqm living space, gable roof with skylights, knee wall 1.20 m, basement, plot with hillside location).
In particular, the incidental building costs (excavation, removal of soil, utility connections, surveying, building permit, etc.) are, according to my research, a difficult figure to calculate. The costs for the interior finishing (floor coverings, wallpaper, plastering, painting) and the kitchen are based on available offers.
I would be interested to know whether the total calculation (= ready-to-move-in house with completed exterior facilities) is realistic from your point of view?
In your opinion, where might there still be potential savings or where have I perhaps calculated too tightly?
Thank you for your opinions!
