But we will get part of it from me and from the in-laws; they were both so kind and had saved something back in case we ever wanted to build or buy something of our own, that is together about €70,000. That covers part of the plot; prices here about 20 - 25 km from the border are €80,000 - €100,000 developed for about 550 - 800 m2 plot.
