Hello,
we are completely new here and would like to inquire about the following matter:
We are interested in a plot of land that offers the possibility to build a semi-detached house and rent out one part of it. Direct sale of the second half is not an option due to the speculation tax. Or are there possibilities here as well?
Now the question: is it possible to consider future rental income in the financing? Possibly there would even be the option that the parents move in and thus the rent would be "secured."
We would be very grateful for experience/ideas.
