Building a dream house - and is it feasible for us?

it looks like I have to expect around 350K and without equity, the dream will not be achievable ;-(

@Bauexperte, how do you best search for house construction companies, preferably regional businesses? The list that you can work through (also through the Hausbau forum portal for reviews, among others)
