Build a road if it must be permanently greened?

I have bought a newly built semi-detached house.

The houses are all built side by side with garages in between.
Between the two garages, each has 1 meter of space (my neighbor 1m and I 1m).

In this gap, I would like to install a garden gate, but according to the development plan, this strip must be permanently greened.

Now comes my question.

With what can I build a path so that I can walk beside the garage and it still counts legally as greened.

The path should be low-maintenance (I don’t like lawn because my robotic mower can’t reach there).

Do you have any tips for me?

Grass grids made of plastic or stone. Unless [Begrünung] means more than just grass.

Within a bed, you can lay stepping stones that lead to the garden gate. That shouldn't bother anyone and can look very stylish. What do you want to transport through the garden gate - only people or also bicycles or trash bins, etc.?

That is supposed to be an alternative entrance.

I would be reluctant to install a back door on the garage (1500€ extra charge) and you cannot just pass by when the car is in the garage.

The alternative entrance is meant for people and bicycles or when you want to transport something large or dirty into the garden.

Optimal for us would have been to pave a path.

Gravel lawn should also be possible

but unfortunately you have to mow it regularly again

I have a lawn robot that can't get there because of the garden gate
and because of the 3sqm I don't want to take out a lawn mower and have it standing around

Are there any other alternatives?
