Build a house with €240,000? The banker said it will need €300,000

Does the construction application start then? Or is it already approved? Have all the craftsmen / civil engineers / etc. already been contacted?

The offer is available as turnkey. Since several people in our circle of acquaintances have also built with the company and the cost estimate was quite accurate each time, we think it will be the same for us. I have the comparison documents available.

Outdoor facilities are, of course, not yet included here; originally, it was about the pure house price. As a *buffer*, we have calculated another 20,000 plus a reserve.

Now I just thought of a question, is it possible to include the advance payments that my wife and I receive from our employers into the repayment of our bank loan?

Basically, an additional 80,- on top of our installment?
