Build a garden house yourself (dimensions of the frame) 8x8 timber good?

Then I will soon put the whole thing into numbers and submit it to the lady for approval.

Do you have any tips for the foundation?
Do I really have to dig the ground 80cm deep?

I was thinking of excavating the outer ring, on which the house basically stands, about 40cm.
Then only about 15cm for the inner area and then nicely concrete everything.

The garden house will definitely be great! My grandpa built one himself about 20 years ago and it is still in top condition and is used regularly.
