According to a quick internet search, 2000€/m² is also estimated for a tiny house. What extra costs are lurking there? Probably the regular incidental construction costs, or on the trailer as a caravan. But then it’s no longer a house. Great

Edit: Statements like "A proper house is too expensive for me, so I buy a tiny house" always come across to me as adolescent defiance. You can certainly decide on such a thing, for example because of the cuteness factor or something similar, but not because of the financial aspect.

The things are currently being pushed on TV and in all newspapers. It's just a trend that's being sold again as a revolution.
