Hello everyone,
we want to build a single-family house with approx. 160m^2 and a basement. We have now received an offer from a developer and had a conversation with an architect. Now I would like to know your opinions regarding masonry.
Developer:
Exterior wall Poroton T10 brick 36.5cm; basement exterior walls receive a 10 cm thick perimeter thermal insulation, WLG 035.
Interior walls: load-bearing 17.5-24cm; non-load-bearing 11.5cm brick walls, in the basement aerated concrete.
Exterior plaster 3-layer: lime-cement lightweight plaster; fabric putty; disc plaster texture.
Brick roller shutter box; the ceiling edges on the ground floor are constructed with brick stop stones where possible.
Architect:
Only told us; brick masonry and then an exterior plaster with Styrofoam beads on top.
Hope you can help me here.
