Hi, of course there is always the risk of mold forming, this is because houses built in this way are very airtight. But this can be counteracted by ventilating a lot. In the first year there is a lot of water in the walls that needs to dry and this can only be done by heating and ventilating.

One more question: What does "viel heizen und lüften" mean to you?

Is it enough to completely open the windows once a day for 10 to 20 minutes?

A solidly built house generally requires much more than just regular ventilation. A thermal insulation composite system in this form is never diffusion-open!

Are you building a KfW40/60 house?
In the former case, a ventilation system with heat recovery should actually be mandatory.. Then you don’t have to ventilate either.
