Oh, in SH as well:
Just like in 2009 in Schleswig-Holstein: The State Surveying Office Kiel commissioned a comprehensive aerial photography project, in which a relief of the state was produced by means of laser scan surveying for "various tasks in the field of water management." The recordings were passed on to the cadastral offices for the purpose of "avoiding duplicate work," who compared them with the cadastral maps. "Hundreds of homeowners," the "Lübecker Nachrichten" reported at the time, "received mail about it."
In Schleswig-Holstein, the legal obligation to depict buildings in cadastral maps has only existed since 1975. This was now to be retroactively applied to older buildings at the expense of homeowners. The offices demanded re-surveys. Up to 15 percent of the building stock, quoted a spokesman from the State Ministry of the Interior, had not been recorded at that time. For buildings worth up to 300,000 euros, this cost up to 750 euros. That shakes the fees bag.
