Hello everyone,
how is it, if before signing the contract (Werkvertrag) for a prefabricated house you are told that the house is produced in Germany and presented or shown a highly modern production line (SPS controlled) as a sales argument, and in the end a Polish house, although mostly made of German materials, is delivered to the construction site!? Isn’t that fraudulent misrepresentation?
Of course, we also know that many companies produce abroad (e.g. car manufacturers), but this was not disclosed to us, instead the workers delivering the house, who by the way are German, told us that it was produced in Poland. If we had known this in advance, a contract might not have been concluded. How should we behave now? So far, everything is going according to plan as far as the house assembly is concerned.
Do we have a chance for compensation or something similar!?
What do you think!
Regards
Kira
