bluMartin ventilation system - experiences? / questions

for a semi-detached house, approx. 170 sqm, which we want to build next year, I came across bluMartin while searching for suitable systems/manufacturers for a ventilation system.

- Can you share your experiences with bluMartin? What works well, where are there problems, would you install the system again, do you have any tips on what to pay attention to, etc. - I am grateful for any hints/information! Particularly, I am interested in multi-year experience with the system.

- Does the integration of multiple rooms into one system work well?

- On the internet, it says that "up to four rooms with a maximum area of 75 m² can be supplied, each with its own supply and exhaust air openings." On the bluMartin site, it only says "multiple rooms"?

- Does the system actually help in summer with cooler rooms?

- What did the system cost you including installation with which configuration (e.g. how many units/house size)?

- Who installs and connects the system? I did not quite understand from the website who ultimately installs the system (does bluMartin only deliver and the rough builder installs the fans in the wall and the electrician or installer lays the cables?)

Just a tip, buy a system that has a service partner near you. We have a Stiebel Eltron and are very satisfied with it. However, I would not buy this system a second time because there is no service partner from Stiebel nearby. This significantly affects the operating costs.

There can hardly be multi-year experiences, as the system is too new for that.

We have a Lunos, however we have only been in the house for just under four weeks.

EveundGerd - can you give some information about your Lunos system? Do you have exhaust devices in the bathroom/WC/utility room and external wall air outlets in all living rooms? With or without heat recovery? Can you hear the ALDs, for example, in the bedrooms?

We will also be using Lunos soon, but I am currently gathering information. In another post here in the forum, I read that someone went to a ventilation office in Berlin to see the systems in operation. That was a good tip.

I would appreciate feedback. Of course, also gladly from others who have experience with Lunos.

Echdaten Haus:
2VG + converted attic (approx. 180 sqm living space), underfloor heating, air-water heat pump

We definitely want a decentralized system.
It is important to us that the fans should not necessarily be audible.

Can anyone give us information regarding the noise level and costs between the Lunos (now new the nexxt) and the bluMartin (now new the freeair plus)?

We would be very happy about information and experience reports.
