And below the kitchen window draft => will be additionally sealed with SIGA before the kitchen countertop is installed. Our inspector only gets values under 0.50 about 10 times a year, while he performs about 150 BD/year.

After moving in is actually too late because then potentially leaking spots have to be cut open and repaired again. You can then clean/paint again depending on the spot...
